What are the delivery times?
Our products are personalized to order. Allow 2 working days for production, then 2 to 3 days for delivery in France.
Is the embroidery included in the price?
Yes, personalized embroidery is included in the prices shown on our site. An extra charge may however apply to specific projects, such as embroidering a logo, adding a second embroidery or creating a special motif.
Do you accept returns?
Personalized items are not exchangeable. Standard items benefit from a 14-day return policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union. Contact us for delivery outside the EU.
