As the Easter meal has a particular flavour this year, we are offering you a grandmother's recipe, perfectly simple, made with whatever is to hand! Thank you to @agathewhatyouneed, who holds the secret of good little dishes and who gives us the recipe of her grandmother, Granny Juliette ?

Eggs at the ready!

INGREDIENTS: three hard-boiled eggs (or more), mayonnaise, home-made or not, a tin of tuna

1.GET hold of eggs from well-kept hens
2.BOIL the eggs for 9-10 min in boiling water
3.WHISK your home-made mayonnaise if you have the time
4.LIFT OUT the yolks with a spoon
5.BLITZ the yolks, or grate them if you have no blender
6.BLITZ the tuna then fold it into the mayonnaise (add as much tuna as you like, tasting as you go)
7.ARRANGE the eggs.
8.TRIM the bottoms of the eggs so they stand steady on the plate
9.FILL the eggs with the tuna and mayonnaise mixture
10.SPRINKLE with grated egg yolk
11.WOLF DOWN the lot!
