Ecru Bath Towel: personalised embroidery, made in France
145 by 85 cm is the dimension that separates a bath sheet from a large towel: you wrap yourself in it entirely, without having to hold it up, and one replaces two towels on the rail.
Honeycomb drinks as much as a far heavier cloth and dries fast, which counts in a bathroom with no window. The two ties sewn into the edge hold the sheet where a piece this size slips off a single hook. The caramel thread gives the first name a warm tone on the ecru, without the hard contrast of a dark thread. The other pieces are in our bath sheets and towels.
