The site is a publisher of personalized embroidered products exclusively for consumers, marketed through its unique website (http://www.nahen.fr).

  1. Products

The customizable textile products offered by nähen are all made in France. They are made and embroidered in our workshop located in Lozère (48).

All the products offered for sale on the site www.nahen.fr are accompanied by a description with details of the materials, the place of manufacture, the dimensions, the colors. By ordering a product offered for sale on this site, the customer accepts the price and the description thereof. On the other hand, although we take every precaution to ensure that the products are described accurately using the photos available on the site, the writing styles, colors, textures and finishes available on the site could have slight differences with the product received by the customer. Nähen products are handcrafted and may vary from one product to another. nähen undertakes to inform the customer on each product sheet.

In accordance with the legal provisions on compliance and hidden defects, nähen refunds or exchanges defective products or products that do not correspond to the order.

2. Prices
The prices of the products sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are expressed in euros and all taxes included.
nähen reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, he undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated during the validation of the order.

3. Order
3.1 : Confirmation of the order
The order cannot be registered on the site www.nahen.fr until the customer has clearly identified himself by completing the online order form. As soon as the order is validated, the customer receives an automatic acknowledgment email.

4. Payment
The customer can pay by credit card on the site. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). The information transmitted is encrypted in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network. Once the payment has been initiated by the Customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by card is irrevocable. By communicating his banking information during the sale, the customer authorizes the seller to debit his card for the amount relating to the price indicated. 5. Delivery
After validation of the order by the customer and/or acceptance of payment, the products are manufactured within 4 to 7 working days maximum. You must then add the delivery time for delivery by La Poste, Colissimo or Chronopost.

Deliveries are made by the services of DDP, Colissimo or Chronopost. nähen would in no way be held responsible for delays in delivery due to postal malfunctions (total or partial strikes, floods, fires, etc.). Exceeding the delivery time indicated at the time of payment of the order cannot result in the cancellation of the order or compensation.

The products are delivered to the delivery address which was indicated during the order and the time indicated. Any error made by the customer in the delivery address when ordering or incomplete address (Building, mailbox number, etc.) and which would result in the impossibility of distributing the package must then, if he wishes recover its products again pay the transport costs.

6. Returns

All orders must be verified by the customer before validation. In the event of an error on the part of the customer and given the manufacture to order and the customization of nähen products, no product will be refunded or exchanged.

Regarding non-personalized products, the customer can exercise his right of withdrawal within 15 days of receipt of his order, the customer may ask nähen to return the product(s) for an exchange or a refund. . Provided that the items are returned to us in their original packaging. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
Any product claim must be made within 2 months of purchase. After this period, no exchange or refund can be made.
Any return must be subject to prior agreement with nähen:

– The products must be returned to the company’s address by post at priority or normal rate, in their original and complete packaging, and accompanied by the return number.

– After verification of the non-conformity of the product by nähen, the products will be immediately replaced and the shipping costs reimbursed.

7. Availablity
Orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks or subject to stocks available from our suppliers. If, despite nähen’s vigilance, the products are unavailable, nähen will inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The customer may then cancel his order and be reimbursed or request a credit note, where applicable, for the sums already paid.
Definitive or temporary unavailability does not in any way engage the responsibility of nähen, nor does it give rise to any right to compensation or damages in favor of the customer.
Any order will only be validated after acceptance of payment.
nähen reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the customer on a previous order.

8. Personal data and privacy
In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, personal information relating to customers may be subject to automated processing.

The customer has a right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law. At the first request of one of these customers wishing to be removed from its database, nähen undertakes to delete all contact details and information. The data that is collected cannot be used for commercial purposes other than those referred to on the site and which may be developed later by nähen. Data used for commercial prospecting purposes may be kept for a period of three years from the end of the commercial relationship.

The www.nahen.fr website (including the underlying technology), the products, texts, graphic elements and photographs are and remain the exclusive property of nähen. www.nahen.fr is also a protected domain name. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, distribute or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, the elements of the site, except with the written consent of nähen. nähen is a registered trademark at the INPI.

10. Responsability
The choice and purchase of products are placed under the sole responsibility of the customer.
The products offered on www.nahen.fr comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France. Nähen cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (for example in the event of a product ban, etc.). It is up to the customer to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services he plans to order.
Nähen cannot be held liable in the event that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable event of a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure as defined by French case law.

13. Sales
