nähen products

Where are the products made and embroidered?

All our products are handcrafted in France in our own manufacturing workshop. They are made by our team of salaried seamstresses from fabrics (natural materials) that come from Europe. Each embroidered personalization is made by machine, in our workshop. We are located in Lozère, in the Cévennes. We are a small, young and dynamic family business.

What fabrics are used?

We use natural materials: mainly linen and occasionally cotton. The possible characteristics of each fabric are mentioned on the product sheets (certifications or labels). Our washed linen is OEKO TEX Standard 100 certified.

How do I wash my nähen products?

You can machine wash all products at 40° degrees. Be careful not to mix colors with white, to avoid the risk of stains.
If you iron your products, remember not to pass the iron on the embroidery. Before the first use, wash your products at 30° to remove any traces of clothing that will come off very easily.

Account & orders

I have not received my order, what should I do?

You are informed when your package has left our workshop, then count the transport times, which can sometimes be extended due to the vagaries of deliveries. If after 5 days after the estimated delivery date, you have not received your order, write to us at bonjour@nahen.fr with your name and order number, we will get back to you quickly.

Delivery

What are the means of delivery?

Your order will be sent by La Poste (France only), Colissimo (parcel France) or Chronopost (for deliveries to Europe and the USA) depending on the weight of the shipment. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout. We offer delivery for orders over 200 euros of purchase, to France and Europe.

What are the delivery times ?

Delivery times are between 2 to 7 working days. But we are unfortunately not responsible for any hazards due to bad weather, strikes or other problems on the La Poste network.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver in France, throughout Europe and in the USA. If you need delivery to another country, contact us and we will try to find a solution.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order by credit card using our secure system.

Are payments secure?

Of course, we go through a secure online payment system (Stripe).

Returns & refunds

Can I return a nähen product?

If the product is not personalized, you have 15 days to exchange it.
If the product is personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product was damaged during transport of course.

Are there prices for professionals?

Yes, we have decreasing prices according to the quantities. For any request concerning a wedding, an event or a professional order, write to us at bonjour@nahen.fr with your request.
