Pack 3 Blue Gold Napkins: personalised embroidery, made in France
A royal blue does not go on just any table: it asks for an ecru or white tablecloth and sober china, failing which it fights with everything else. In exchange, it gives an ordinary meal the air of a dinner, which no pale colourway will ever do.
The edge is finished in satin stitch, the dense seam that borders all our napkins: the thread is packed tight enough to form an even bead on all four sides, and it is that border which holds the linen together wash after wash. The set of four is in our napkins.
