A set of three personalised napkins in the rhubarb colourway, in washed linen embroidered in ecru thread in our workshop in Lozère. Three pieces, three separate embroideries, one name per napkin. The rhubarb red is matt and faintly pink, and the ecru embroidery is its only pale note. OEKO-TEX certified linen, 40 by 40 cm each, wash at 40 °C. See the Burgundy napkin on its own.

Pack 3 Burgundy Napkins: personalised embroidery, made in France
Washed linen eats bright colours and lifts muted ones. That is exactly what happens to rhubarb: it comes out powdered, closer to the red of a stalk in the vegetable garden than to the red of a jam.
It is also the only red in the catalogue you can lay on a Tuesday evening without the meal taking on an air of celebration: a frank red obliges you to bring out the china that goes with it, this one does not. Three covers are enough for a weekday table, and nothing stops you adding more later when the gathering grows. The set of four is in our napkins.
